Most people who find their way to me have spent a long time feeling unheard in the medical system.

My consultations are in person, in Frome, Somerset, I also work online. I work with people over a minimum of three months, because that's how long it takes to begin real healing.

We start our work together over a three month period.
This includes:

One Initial 90-minute consultation

Time to go through your health history, your concerns, and start to look at what's going on beneath the surface.

Two follow-up consultations, up to 60 minutes

To track progress, adjust your formula and check in on how you're feeling.
