The Sun governs our circadian and seasonal rhythms. Light is the body's primary timekeeper, setting the rhythm for when we're alert, when we rest, and how our hormones function throughout the day.

The Earth's electromagnetic field is your body's natural regulator. Frequent and direct contact with the ground supports healthy cortisol rhythms, helps calm an overstimulated nervous system, and encourages rest and recovery.

I'm a herbalist, medicine maker and forager from rural Somerset. I work with traditional plant medicine, ancestral wisdom, and the rhythms your body was built to live by.

The people I work with tell me they feel truly heard and inspired when we work together, often for the first time around their health. I work thoroughly and intuitively and I follow threads until they make sense.

I have a deep, active relationship with the natural world, and I understand that your body is part of that world, not separate from it.

My work is guided by traditional wisdom, and what our ancestors understood about the body that we've largely forgotten, or choose to ignore.
